I'd like some kind of of gift voucher I could get in her name and email, but the only thing I could think of was a voucher for hostels, but I can't find any website.

If anyone knows of a website that does that, or has any other suggestions I'd really appreciate it, my budget is about €15-35

Do you know at what hostel is she staying at? Maybe it's worth giving reception a call and ask them if they could buy her a box of candy if you transfer money to their account. Really depends on the hostel, some have the staff who will take better care of their guests than 5-star "ritz hotel in McRichTown" .. others cannot be bothered...
