well lads thought id post this with the kind permission of donal mulcahy of glenmeade taxidermy. i was with him the last few weeks dropping off a few pieces to be mounted ,and asked could i take a few pics of his work that he has on display to post here and he gladly agreed . first of all before i post his work i would like to say that donal is a true hunting man that takes pride in his work which is clear to see through his work and even speaking to him. he comes across as a fellow that chases perfection even tho i think he is there and not afraid to try something different with from what i can see has got a positive outcome. i dropped a shovelor duck to him and gave him free reign with it ,which shows the trust and respect i have for his beautiful work. going to his studio gives me and im sure whoever goes there a greater respect for your quarry wether it be a prized red deer,grouse or even the troublesome magpie or mink this man can make it come to life and show off the beauty in them all. so lads if you have a special bird,deer that maybe you shot with a son or brother or first bird keep this man in mind .

Ya trigger thanks. Actually she wants to get them for the hall so when funds allow we will. She even hinted at getting terrier done when he pops

U want to be careful lad , if anything ever happens ya , she'll have ya mounted on the wall too :-)
