    Hi

Is there a time limit beyond which it is not possible to claim a chargeback for an item that was paid for by a credit card but never arrived?

    thanks

    Hi Dermotn4,

Thanks for your query. While we would request that you make us aware of the situation as early as possible and without undue delay, you can dispute a transaction up to 120 days from the date the original transaction was made.

You will first need to contact the retailer directly to request a refund. If the retailer is unwilling or unable to help, you can complete our Credit Card Transaction Dispute Form and we will investigate this on your behalf. Please include copies of any correspondence between yourself and the supplier including the original order confirmation and forward to: Bank of Ireland, Chargebacks Department, PO Box 1102, Dublin 2

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.

    Thanks
    Pat
