HP Laptop annoying keys!

    This happens every now and again and it drives me mental

    Basically I'm typing away and my laptop no longer recognizes the correct keys. Like I'll press "S" and the save box will open. I'll press "D" and it'll try and bookmark a page.

    In the end I just have to reset my laptop. Anyone know a way of fixing this without resetting?? Maybe I'm hitting a combination of buttons and this is happening

    Fair enough, it's just that ctrl+d and ctrl+s do what you are describing.

    No literally every button is in Ctrl mode. I don't think it's stuck, just wondering if I'm tapping two keys simultaneous by accident and it results in this

    Check to make sure 'Sticky Keys' isn't on.
