Suddenly Homeless - Process?

    I previously wrote about my brother becoming suddenly homeless on Saturday.

    We have a very short period of time to get him somewhere to live. Does anybody know the process for rent supplement?

    I know there are three parties involved for this case - The local authority (so he can be assessed as in need of housing), the landlord (has to complete part of rent supplement form) and the Health Centre (to administer payment)

    I can't get my head around how to proceed in the morning. All has to be done before 12pm (Health Centre clinic closes)

    So grateful for any advice.
