Just put in a test order, and Amazon won't ship this to Ireland, so you need a UK delivery address (or parcel motel).

I posted the amazon link but I think you can get it from anywhere and then go to the microsoft website to register the purchase so you get your free copy later.

Plus I just tried there to order the university edition of 2010 and it was happy to ship to Dublin, Ireland.

The version I tested was the Home and Business - Amazon notice said there was a problem with my Irish address. Maybe it varies depending on the specific package bought.
