Did somebody knows how correct calculate pub profit

    Hello,

    Im writing a business plan about a pub. i just stuck with correct calculation of weekly profit with all expenses. for example Pub turnover per week is 10500e, Rent is 500e per week. for stock im putting 40%. Staff weekly wages cost (2250). As well insurance 100e (weekly), All other bills say 250e (weekly). So how to correct to calculate a profit.

    Add up your costs, deduct them from sales and you have your gross profit.

    I suspect your rent and insurance are low and you may be missing lots of costs.
