Hi have quick question but prob wrong section. Have data passing to PayPal custom field (session var) but how can I check that session var and return var are the same. I think PayPal kills session? Clarification would be awesome!? Move q if appropriate

    Thanks

You could load the session var into the database and when paypal returns the IPN info you could check the custom var (returned in IPN) and see if it exists in the database, if so, start a new session with it :)

Personally for sessions like that i tend to use timestamp + hash just to be sure no 2 session vars are the same.

Err, moving out of Website Reviews. Take the time to look for the right section next time please, it'd help you get a quicker answer for one thing.
