Lets just say I'm not the best Irish student and I have my junior cert coming up soon and my Christmas test is tomorrow, and I was just looking for a summary and an easy way to learn the Irish tenses : present, past, future, and conditional. If you can offer any help please reply.....

Past tense takes a séimhiú (h) after the initial consonant, or d' if the verb starts with a vowel.

Present tense verb endings are -(e)ann and -(a)íonn, depending on whether the verb is in the Chéad Réimniú or the Dara Réimniú.

Future tense endings are -f(a)idh and -óidh/eoidh, depending on whether the verb is in the Chéad Réimniú or the Dara Réimniú.

Two examples of verbs in the Modh Coinníolach:

    chuirfinn
    chuirfeá
    chuirfeadh sé
    chuirfeadh sí
    chuirfimis
    chuirfeadh sibh
    chuirfidís
    Sb.
    chuir

    cheannóinn
    cheannófá
    cheannódh sé
    cheannódh sí
    cheannóimis
    cheannódh sibh
    cheannóidís
    Sb.
    cheannófaí
