    any one submit the census on line? it was supposed to be up and running on the 14th but can't find the link


    on a more positive note , got a text stating that the grassland payments have commenced, not landed in bank yet

    looked as well today and no sign of it either

    has anyone submitted it online?

    found it eventually
    go into "single Farm Payment" from the menu

    and its at the very bottom of the page
