    Hi!

Has anyone who is currently staying in or has previously stayed in Parkview Hall in Limerick for student accommodation?

    Is it safe and clean?

I'm currently living there - it serves the purpose. Apartments from what I've witnessed are VERY damp generally. Mine is a top floor and isn't damp (simply because the wind howls through the place). It's cheap, it serves it's function, but make sure you arrive with a good immune system!

While it ticks all the boxes, I've spent 3 years living in a house and to be honest I regret moving into this place! Management however are very prompt and friendly and I can't fault them!

Also worth noting distance - there is no longer a Bus Eireann service from Parkview Hall to UL. So you can either walk as far as Groody Hill and get a bus from there, or simply walk all the way (about 35 minutes walk). A lot of people cycle also, but in the rain you'll stay dryer if you walk with a brolly! The walk really isn't that bad to be honest, just worth bearing in mind.

Also if you are going with Parkview - try and get into block C - it's the furthest away from the railway track, and so, quietest ;)
