    Hi,

    I just want to know how do i change my doctor? just what's involved really i'm on medical card

    You simply ask another GP to take you on and if they agree, sign a transfer of GP form.
    If 3 GP's refuse to take you on the HSE can allocate you to a GP (of their choice).
