I'm making a cheesecake for dessert for the family this Christmas. I'd been planning to make it on Christmas Eve but I think I'll have to make it on the 23rd. Would it be okay to leave in the fridge for this length of time?

It'll last a good few days in the fridge so that won't be a problem.

Correction: it'll last a good few days if you have the willpower to not pick at it.... I can't resist grabbing a spoonful when I'm near the fridge...

Great, thanks :) I was just worried it might firm up too much or something if left too long!
