Freeview HD transmitter mux fault?

Anyone getting the Sheriffs mountain transmitter Freeview HD MUX going up and down signal this last few days. All other Muxes are fine and stable with near 100%, The HD Mux is going up and down like a yoyo. It was 91%, 82%, 78% and steady now at 70%. 8 miles from transmitter here!
