Hey, ok so im looking into replacing my iPhone 4s from apples Out Of Warranty Service. Its costs 240€.

But considering that buying a second hand iPhone 4s from Adverts/Ebay costs circa 350, and am not guaranteed it is as stated, and that i could sell my one for prob only 150, i think its a better option to get apple to replace my one instead.

    Here is the details :

    http://support.apple.com/kb/index?page=servicefaq&geo=Ireland&product=iphone

    Has anyone ever used it?

Im not sure fully how it works.
Is it, i request a replacement, i pay, they send me a replacement, i send them my damaged iPhone. done.?

The iPhone is water damaged btw.

I'd imagine it is the same as an in warranty replacement. Set it up they send a box and ups bag. Send it off and get a new one in a few days. Don't know if they offer the express replacement for out of warranty but they put a hold on a cc and send the phone and you away with the courier
