Links that scroll move when page scrolls down

    Basically what I have is a page that has a lot of content scrolling down the page. To make it more accessible I was planning on using anchors connected to links that would instantly scroll down the page to their appropriated sections. That seems easy enough to do, but I'm trying to figure out how I can get the links to move with the page as it scrolls. Had a look around online but can seem to find any tutorials.
