    Does anyone know if we fail an exam if we fail one of the questions out of the three?

    That would depend on whether it was stipulated that you need to pass each section. Ordinarily you wouldn't fail if your marks in the other questions were high enough to bring you above the pass mark when averaged. Perhaps have a look at your course outline/exam prep notes to see if there were any particular exam requirements.

    Either way, I'm sure you'll be fine :)
