Working on a business plan at the moment.Looking at setting up a business involving Mobile Catering.I intend to sell healthier products such a rolls and pre-prepared dinners rather than chips and burgers.Also the usual's like tea,coffes and soup.Have contacted a few places to see if I could pitch up on their grounds and there has being alot of interest.Just looking for advice from people that have experience in Mobile Catering and any ideas they might have.Need someone elses perspective and any helpful comments would be appreciated.thanks
