Site Insurance?

I might be in the wrong forum for this but I was told I should have public liability insurance in place for a site we are purchasing to cover us. We won't be starting the build for at least 6 months realistically (it won't be a direct labour build, we will get a builder to do it). My question is what type of insurance is required - initial research suggests house / business and it doesn't fall in to either category.

    Thanks.

You can get an insurance typically called in the course of construction insurance. A few companies that do it out there - not sure regarding charter about stating them but PM me for who I went with.
