I have a router upstairs and a skype tv downstairs which I need to connect to with via ethernet as wireless is weak. is it better to get eircom to move the point the router connects to rather than extend cable 50metres? Am I correct in assuming i cant just connect the router from upstairs into a socket downstairs? They…
