If it's just a general mic for getting ideas recorded and high quality isn't a major issue have a look around thomann.de or adverts.ie and you should get something within your budget.
Bear in mind €30 is really low for a mic anything in that price bracket wont really be that high in sound quality or build quality

TBH honest you won't really get anything stellar for €30

    For €30, don't bother. Seriously.

You can get used SM58's and 57's on Adverts for a little over twice your budget so just wait until you can, you'll be glad you did and it's not a great deal of money for something infinitely better in every conceivable way.

What do you want to use the microphone for? Also, what are you plugging the mic into?

Recording a few demos . They dont have to be perfect quality . Its going into an behringer f audio control interface

And you run into trouble again...
There is no mic input on this interface.
Unless you have a seperate mic preamp, you won't be able to do it.

Can I not just unplug the guitar and plug it in there ?
Or plug it in the amp that feeds into the interface ?

That interface does not have mic input/preamp.
And your guitar amp does not have one too.

It is different plug/socket, not to mention signal levels.

Help us out here! What do you intend to record precisely: guitar; vocals; piano; didgeridoo; electric guitar; drums; bass; jaw harp; bass harmonica; hurdy-gurdy......????

What scenario do you envision: a multi-track overdubbed session(s); an all-in-one take session; a mixture of the two; or none of the above??

And..... do you see yourself as possibly having a long-term involvement with the world of recording/production ...... or..... this is just a passing interest......

I can help you.... a lot .... but need information

Im looking to put a band together . But first I need to make my one man on an acoustic sound into how I want them to sound .
Multi track on a bit of bass vocals maybe keyboards harmonica .
With this rough multi track I hope to interest decent musicians .
I just want it to be good enough to show what I wanna do .

Seeing as how you don't have an interface with a mic pre - I'd say USB mic is the way forward:

I'd say your 30 euro ceiling might have to come up a bit.
