Are you asking as an end user, Noel? If so, have you tried the Talk to Eircom forum? I've found it useful more than once.
If you've already tried any troubleshooting steps, mentioning them can save a little time on preliminaries (easier in a forum than on a helpline!).

    Hi Noel,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Are you still having the same issue?

I just need to rule out the basic possibilities.

    - Is the error occurring when you are connecting through your eircom broadband / wifi? Are you accessing webmail from a PC / laptop or via Smart Phone / Tablet.

Are you accessing the service through the eircom website directly -

    Thanks, Mark
