New US drama Do No Harm is to air on Watch in the UK

"Do No Harm's exciting new twist on the Jekyll and Hyde story is original and out of the ordinary, making it a perfect fit for Watch and the ideal companion to established US drama Grimm, which continues to attract a large audience," said UKTV's controller Emma Tennant.

Do No Harm - which premieres on NBC in the US in January - stars Steven Pasquale as Jason Cole, a doctor who transforms into the monstrous Ian Price each night.

James Cromwell (American Horror Story), Alana De La Garza (Law & Order), John Carroll Lynch (Body of Proof) and Phylicia Rashad (The Cosby Show) also appear in the series

Once again quite an interesting premise as was My Own Worst Enemy will it have a similar fate, also hard to see lead actor as anyone but Garrity

I watched the pilot, I liked it. Not sure how long a story like this can run for though.

Dang, I just read about it being cancelled. I quite liked the first 2 shows, and it was on my to-watch list which is getting thinner by the day.

Barely three million viewers and a 0.9/3 Nielsen rating for the first episode, then barely two million viewers and a 0.7/2 rating for the second... ouch.

According to IGN, only The CW ever really ventures into these numbers - so imagine what this show would have got had it aired on that network...
