Options for New Boiler for Medium Size Office

    Hi there
I've been given the dubious honour of organising the installation of a new heating system for our office in Galway. We currently have a wood pellet system which constantly breaks down, is completely unreliable, and management have finally agreed to fund a replacement. Options are oil and gas - we don't want to risk wood pellet system or similar again! I've no experience dealing with this kind of thing, so any and all advice is welcome.

The office is ~350 sq. metres, two storey. No piped gas supply in the immediate vicinity, so LPG or oil are the options . Have been told a 25kW boiler would be sufficient for this size of building - is this true? Any recommendations for a particular brand? And any ideas of the approximate cost, plus installation costs?

Cheers for any help. Any local heating contractors are welcome to PM me too, I have to get at least 3 quotes so feel free to contact me. Or any recommendations for local companies who do this...
