How much should I expect to pay to sell a small house valued approx. €200,000 ?
In the event that the solicitor has to prepare a few contracts as the sale does not go through would he be entitled to increase the agreed price ? What is the general practice or where can I find out this information ?

The solicitor MUST give you a price before starting work. No wiggle room in that, as far as I know.
