Are restaurants/cafes legally obliged to provide toilet facilities? In Subway above Londis on Grafton Street in Dublin yestrrday, we got food and drinks, then nature called, asked where the jacks were, was told they were closed, asked them to open them, was told "No". Whats the craic here?
