Are they covered under the medical card?

My situation is one has severely cracked over time, went to the dentist 6 months ago said option is extraction and replace it. It's got worse with the tooth only having about 25% of it left. I'm worried about infection but also flat out broke. Any advice?

I don't, it used to be 1 but I think it is only emergency treatment now.
