New club, question about committee

    Should sponsors be allowed on the committee, also anyone got a PDF of rules and etiquette, thanks

    3 main commitee members should be Chairman, treasurer and secretary.

    After that, you ca add positions like PRO, webmaster, OCMs (as many as you want) and possibly specific positions for different areas. The larger you make the commitee though,t he messier it can get.

    Have an odd number regardless, makes tied votes less likely.

    i cant seem to start a new thread on this but what i want to know is it ok to swap the chairman of a board with a treasurer if both consent without a formal meeting and also can you have both a president and a chairman of a club?

    I suppose it depends on the clubs constitution but generally you would have to have an EGM at the least.
