A Panamanian woman has been arrested in Spain with fake breast implants that turned out to be plastic bags containing 1.4kg of cocaine.

Just no.

This had all the hallmarkings of something that no good could come out of.

The picture on the BBC of the bags is no no no. :eek:

that was the first thought of mine,had also wondered why they were refering to the tv programme on bbc of the same name/or similar because have not heard of the country before but thats a useless point.

anyway,yes people have to be in such desperation or greed to be a drugs mule; who else woud swallow bags of drugs knowing they coud split and make them very ill and bump them off,or in this case;probably get in through the open flesh wounds.

just the very thought of someone being that desperate or greedy- feeling they have to have to get some goon to cut their tits open for a coke pocket,the police coud have just got their dogs to sniff them providing they were not cadaver trained as well as rotting flesh woud no doubt set those doggies off.

its a good job for her it was in spain and not somewhere with very harsh laws against drug trafficking.

Remember hearing of a guy getting caught with bags of cocaine inside his legs which had been cut open and sewn closed again. Apparently the lack of painkillers is what got him caught.

I remember watching something like that on TV but it was heroin he had stitched inside his thigh. At least with cocaine, it's more expensive and you'd make plenty of money of you mixed 1.4kgs of pure coke with whatever they mix it with, but an ounce or two of heroin isn't worth it.

It is the second time in recent years that a woman has been caught smuggling in such a way.

in 2011, a model was arrested by Italian police trying to smuggle more than £250,000 of cocaine into the country inside breast and buttock implants.

The 33-year-old woman, identified only by the initials MFM, was held by officers as she tried to distract them with her plunging neckline and tight-fitting outfit at Rome's Fiumicino airport.

But her plan backfired as they were so captivated by her looks they pulled her over for questioning and discovered the drugs when she failed to explain why she had been to South America.

The woman had flown to Rome from Sao Paolo in Brazil and a search by female officers revealed the fake breast and buttock implants she was wearing had also been used to hide 5.5lbs of cocaine.
