ulster bank online log in problems

hey guys havent used my uslter bank account since the "glinch" last june and have directed my wages from work and savings into my TSB account...just decided to check online there and see about my ulster account had i any money left in it and to my shock i cant log in its coming up they are unable to display my accounts…
