    Nothing ventured, nothing gained

You'll only realise your value to them when you have an offer from somewhere else, if you are important they will match it or improve on it, if not, close the door on yur way out

Just be aware, there is a difference between "deserved" and "entitled", the employer is paying above minimum wage and is making statutory deductions, he may say to you to like it or lump it.

Op you have posted a lot of very specific information about your job.
From your post I know where you work and where the other casino is.

My reasoning for a raise is simple. I am employed full time (40hrs) but normally I would work 45-50hrs per week but enjoy none of the extra hours as it is usually taken in tax, but the hours are needed to be worked to keep everything running smoothly.

You need to check out your tax contributions, even at the 50 hours a week at 9.75 an hour you are well within the lower tax bracket. So you should be getting about 69% of the additional hours you work.

In other words the difference of 40 hours and 50 hours in a week should mean .69*(10*9.75)=€67 extra in the week.

Agree. I think a mod should delete/close this thread before any employer sees it and employee might get in trouble :/

Probably "Aulpay" has to request this..
