Online purchase not arriving

    Hello there.

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this in, if not, I would appreciate if someone could redirect me to the correct one.

I have made an online purchase on the 26th of November. I've contacted both my bank and Paypal and I was told everything was cleared on the 27th of November.

The website mentions the items are dispatched within 2 days, 12 if they're out of stock but a notification would be sent to me if that was the case.

I've now sent 3 emails (once a week) to the email they provide for more info on the orders and also through their webform with no success. They have no phone number to contact and the order simply shows as "Processing" on the website for this long.

Would you recommend me to seek out a lawyer to have this sorted or what would you recommend me do? This is a 100 euro purchase, I'm not even sure if I would need to go through a lot of trouble if I take this up to legal and more importantly, if I would end up spending more than the money I paid to have something done about the whole situation.

    Thanks for your time,
    Tom

No need for a lawyer. It will cost you the value of the goods in the first hour talking to them !

Log into your paypal account and raise a dispute. If the seller does not come across with the goods paypal will reverse the transaction and refund you your money. You have 45 days in which to raise this claim.

Thanks a ton for the quick response. That's exactly what I'm going to do.
