Vesa Mounts - Where can I find them?

I'm looking for a Vesa wall mount for my 23 inch LG IPS234V monitor. The stand is like a flamingo's leg. Wobbly. Anywhere sell these in Dublin? Would like to see some options.

Power City, Argos, Maplins, everyone sells them. At this stage it's assumed that the flatscreen has screwholes conforming to the VESA standard so unless you're buying from a guy selling from a stall at the side of the road, it will be VESA-compatible.

Just make sure that you know the distance between the holes on your TV. For a 23" screen they're probably 75 or 100mm apart. A lot of the smaller mounts can handle both 75 and 100 but have the information before you go looking to buy.

Oh excellent. LG was selling their monitors like having a Vesa mount is a unique selling point. Thanks for the information I'll go pick one up as soon as possible. The wobble in the stand is making me seasick.

OP, that looks like a good solution and a good price. Your monitor has 75mm x 75mm which that mount supports.

My sister made the mistake of buying a mount at the same time as the TV from Argos, she paid over €50 for a mount no better than that one in Aldi :eek:
