So far no.

There was a card out a while ago thaty claimed to be able to run the 3DS games but it would only be able to run them for a short time and the 3D feature couldn't be enabled and games couldn't be saved. The R43DS does run regular DS games like a dream though just beware of the firmware updates Nintendo send out to stop them.
