    Whooops - I misread the thread title. I thought it was about our garages, their facilities and how it would be a nice place to visit if only mine wasn't full of broken bikes, seized lawnmowers, George Foreman body parts, untrustworthy ladders, stuff I must bring to recycling and treasures that might come in handy one day.

    Cars? Well, my username betrays a certain bias but.....
    • Week days? Pretty-well anything to get me to work and shops;
    • Weekends? What about a classic Citroen DS? (with a boot full of Citroen tools and spare parts);
    • Special weekends? I've just returned from a pilgrimage to see a 1954 SL 190 Gullwing. Move over Raquel Welch, I can't see the car;
    • Since Mrs. BrensBenz doesn't drive and the kids have flown (locks changed, etc.), am I allowed a BMW R60 bike? It wouldn't take up much room and my flared jeans are still in the garage somewhere.

    I would like a garage added to the house big enough to work on the car(s) with a lift inside so I could fix any problems under the car. PLus the software to check any faults on the car. ALSO so I could check faults for free for people in the local area.

    I would need the tools too

    Great thread op, well done!

    Had always included the range rover sport in these lists in my head. Herselfs mother got one last year after 5 years in a disco workhorse. After seeing the trouble the rrs gave her and the fact it's being replaced with a new disco again in the new year after a very short time speaks volumes.
