    Can anyone recommend a decent 7 inch Android tablet with built in gps?

    Budget around €150.00.

    Decent for that price? you'll be pushing it.

    The 32gb Nexus 7 which has GPS is €240 and is an amazing little machine.

    The 16gb will be less and might be closer to your budget.
