Shuffle - Charging Issue

    I have a problem charging my 2nd gen shuffle on a new laptop I bought recently. It is recognized by the laptop fine and I can transfer music on to it with no issue however it won't draw a charge from the laptop.

    When I connect it to the laptop it shows up but it's as if it auto-ejects itself immediately, vanishing from My Computer, and won't draw a charge. It stays in the iTunes menu however and when I select files to transfer it does so with no issue but after the operation finishes it ejects again and will not charge. It charges fine on other computers making me think it's the laptop yet my phone (HTC) charges fine off my laptop.

    Anyone else have this issue and hopefully were able to resolve it?

    Would a mod be able to move this to the laptop forum? Might be better suited there given I think it's a compatibility issue with the laptop.
