    Winter Training 2013

    Winter Training 2013 will take place at the new Ashbourne
    GAA Training Facility in Co. Meath

    Sat Feb 2nd: 2 - 4pm
    Sat Feb 9th: 2 - 4pm
    Sat Feb 16th: 2 - 4pm
    Sat Feb 23rd: 2 - 4pm
    Sat Mar 2nd: 2 - 4pm

    Pitching machines, soft toss machines, nets and Incredi-balls will be provided.

    Each session will focus on different areas of baseball including throwing, hitting, infield, outfield, pitching and catching.
    One-on-one coaching will be available.

    Winter Training is available to anyone interested in playing baseball no matter what your skill/knowledge level

    The cost for these sessions is €10 for adults or €8 for under 18s
