Mixes For the Gym

Doge

Looking for good mixes for Cardio Workouts in the Gym that people can recommend.

Preferably Techno, and a mix that keeps the rhythm and energy going constantly, even through breakdowns.

In and around the region of 135 - 145 bpm.


One I'm listening to at the moment is the Jeff Mills Exhibitionist Mix:

He manages to cram 45 tracks onto one CD! And keeps the groove going all the way through.

Ideally I would like to hear something similar to his mixing style.

I find the only thing that works for me is D'n'B tempo when exercising, you have two options with the speed.

Here's some of my mixes... mainly D'n'B and Jungle mixes, but with some Dub Reggae, Hip-Hop, Funk, Juke and Footwork thrown into the mix.
