replacement gearbox for Audi A3 needed

    hi all

    does anyone know of the best/cheapest place ( south dublin,kildare ) to get a gearbox replaced it's for a 1999 Audi A3 ( 8L ) manual ?

    The cheapest for labour or do you need someone to actually supply and fit a box?

    I've only had a couple of dealings with them but they are a decent operation and reasonably priced (for supply but they fit as well I believe)

    Alternatively a decent independent mechanic would be able to supply and fit a second hand box cheaper considering it is a 99 car.
