How much to insulate existing converted attic?

    Hi,
I have been quoted 2,500 euro for the following:
fit drylining board to inside the top floor stairwell and top room slopes.
Up to 4inch depth, taped and skimmed and left for decoration.

It's a converted attic (bedroom bathroom and large stairwell space) approx 55m2.
    Dublin
Is that quote reasonable? Anyone recommend spec for drylinging. There is some insulation already in attic but it isn't great. Also are there fitters who will do job and allow u to get your own material that are registered with seai to get grant?
Am new to this so all help appreciated!
