Anyone working in Cloud Services Amazon??

    Hi,
    anyone out there working in cloud services with Amazon? Any feedback on what to expect in the first phone interview and the role itself are much appreciated.

    Hi, I worked here in the Cork site.. Included in Cloud is MP3 calls and escalations and also Kindle issues, along with filing tickets for issues that you cannot sort.
    The money is good and if you are being hired through an agency, the agencies are excellent; the actual amazon management are another matter though...

    Thanks for the info. I've only got the nod for a first round phone interview so just curious to see what can be expected from a technical point of view. I've also no idea what type salary is on offer for such a position. Any additional info is much appreciated.
