Changing cabling run from sitting room - What cables to include for future proofing?

Sorry if not in the exact correct forum... please move if needed.

I have the opportunity in Jan to chase the sitting room wall... (solid fuel stove going in so moving tv to another corner of room) ...to feed cables from the TV/SKY/HTPC etc to the attic and onto the rest of the house.

Im just wondering what extra cables i should/could run to be future proof from the sitting room to the rest of the house? - surely there are a few sparks on here that could let me know what is normally asked to be run nowadays to the main tv point.

Just for info... my current setup is:

4 x coaxial (2 from Sky dish/1 from tv aerial on roof/1 sky box return from output (RF2) to distribution amp in attic allowing sky viewing and sky eye control in other rooms)

1 x normal phone line (for sky but never used)

    and thats it.

I was thinking of cat to allow HTPC to have wired internet connection instead of wifi (but unsure of what cat cable to source - i presume cat6e is the newest and best?)

Thanks for any help with this... just want to get it right while i have the chance!
