Constructive dismissal??

I worked in a late bar in a security role. A row broke out and was resolved.

I received a letter from my company asking me to come into the office for a meeting to discuss a "serious incident" which occurred. They cancelled the meetings which they had scheduled, always at very last moment.

They also stopped giving me hours, nobody answering their phones. I still haven't been paid either. No contact was made other than the letter they posted, wasn't asked if I was ok.

Can anyone tell me where I am on this? And also how would I get my money owed?

    Any further questions are welcomed

Very tricky - you need proper legal advice, not internet whimsy. Go to a solicitor, very soon.

Thanks, I wasn't even sure if I had grounds for that.

Is it an unfair dismissal solicitor I need??

An employment law specialist would be best. I'm not saying you have grounds for claiming you have been constructively/unfairly dismissed, only a lawyer with full instructions could advise you on that.
