Problem getting charger into Kindle port

I've had this (my second) kindle for about 3 months - just tried to put the charger into the port but it won't go. Must be the kindle because I have 2 chargers and same problem with each. Can I get this fixed/looked at anywhere rather than sending it back as I am due to go away at the end of this week and was counting on…

BTW I got this one direct from Amazon after my first (bought in PC world broke - just after warranty out) even though I loved it until now the unreliability is beginning to get to me.
