I am curious about the following.

If a person has a number of companies struck off and leaves substantial debts behind, can he start up another company with him being the MD, as in all situations??

    Thanks

It is not uncommon and they are allowed to keep doing it unless a specific order of the High Court is made restricting them as a director. Tends to happen a lot when the company is struck off and not liquidated officially.
