    Hi All,

I'm looking for a large satchel bag for my girlfriend. It has to be big enough for A4 pads, folders. Something simple and somewhat professional looking. Something similar to Cambridge satchel:

Does anyone know where I could find a bag like this in Dublin? I think Harvey Nichols may stock Cambridge bags, but any other suggestions would be very very welcome! I'd order online but its too close to Christmas.

    Thanks

Bow on the ground floor of the Powerscourt Arcade stocks Cambridge Satchels

Although they may not have the greatest selection

and apparently Donnelly Leathers in Rathmines as well

Saw some lovely leather satchels at the Craft & Gift Fair in the RDS over the weekend but I think that's over now unfortunatley

Thanks MissFlitworth, thats a good start, I'll check both of them tomorrow.

I was also trying to find out if any of the highstreet shops do anything similar. Obviously price and quality would both reduce.

Asos and Urban Outfitters stock Cambridge Company Satchels (and sometimes do percentage off events). I think they normally show the "last delivery date for Christmas" too, or at least offer express postage.

If you want it for A4 notebooks and the like, you'd want to get a 13+ inches in size. My satchel (similar to the Cambridge Company ones) is 13 inches and just about fits A4 refill pads, but not folders/binders.

Hi there, why you are not asking for local designers to make yours very own leather crafted bag... Actually i was in that Crafts and designs fair and i saw only one lady form Cork who selled crafted bags...
