Rip a Blu Ray?

I've been sent a Blu Ray but I have no means of playing it! Does anyone know anywhere in Limerick I can rip it and encode it to a mkv please? I doubt any internet cafes have a BD-ROM but I'm open to correction. The BD is only one hour long so it's won't be too much of a job. Thanks for any help! :)
