Hi,
I presume from the way you phrased the question that you are talking about a private residence where the occupant retains a large degree of independence but is situated in a community or development with exclusively older residents and some degree of support services?

If so, one I know of is this place in Shankill:

There's also a cluster of senior citizen housing near the Dart station in Bray called Fáilte Park. I think that might be local authority run, not sure.

There may or may not be lots more, I just happen to know of these two.
