Sauce + Beef Stir Fry Recipe?

Hi Thanks for taking the time to read this, so basically im a bt of a novice at cooking but im slowly getting better :), ill be making a stir fry for 8 people and im thinking beef stir fry. What im lookin for is a good sauce recipe and and guidance on how to cook the stir fry in general any help is much appreciated thanks…

I've made this three or four times and it's really simple and delicious - beef and noodle stir fry with soy, honey, sesame seeds and greens - http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/235604/honey-and-sesame-beef-noodles

It's for one person (although 175g of steak per person might be a bit much) so just multiple the ingredients by the number of guests and away you go.

(I also just used normal broccoli as the tenderstem was too pricey.)
